WHOLE HOUSE FAMILY “SWEET” PACKAGEWith approximately 3,500 square feet of living area there is more than enough room for the entire family! The following rates are based on a minimum of eight adult guests. Rates do not include 11% room and sales tax, Rates are subject to changeWeekly rates from $3,000 The Whole House Family “Sweet” Package includes: Two fully equipped kitchens, two great rooms overlooking the lake, one hearth room, four lakeside ensuite bedrooms with patio or decks for lounging. All rooms include flat screen televisions and are wifi accessible. Gas and Weber grills are available for your cooking pleasure along with a fire pit for cozy evenings relaxing outdoors. There is a 50 foot pier available should you wish to bring your boat. |

First Floor Lakeside Villa Family Suite PackageWeekly rates from $1500.00 Nightly rates are based on a three night minimum stay for four adults at $75.00 per adult/per night and $40.00 per guest 18 and under/per night. Note: should you wish to stay only two nights, rates increase by $25 a night per person. One night stay rates increase by $50 per person. Rates for guests 18 and under remain the same. Your First Floor Villa Family Suite Accommodations includes: Two spa ensuites with their own patio overlooking the lake with Vera Wang queen pillow-top mattresses. The West Side spa ensuite bathroom features a luxurious deep soaker tub with shower. The East Side spa ensuite bathroom features a 6’x4’ twoperson, walk-in steam shower with dual massage jets (it is handicap friendly). Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, lakeside dining/great room, and bonus TV/Game/Hearth room. |

Your Second Floor Lakeside Tree House Villa Accommodations Include: Two spa ensuites with their own deck overlooking the lake, roofed by three old oaks giving you the feeling of being in a tree house yet still high enough not to impede the views of the lake before you. Each ensuite bedroom is appointed with a Vera Wang queen pillow-top mattress. The West Side spa en-suite bathroom features include your own heated, deep soaking bubbler tub with shower. The East Side spa ensuite bathroom features a 6x3 walk in shower with dual shower heads and dual back massage jets. Tree House Villa also has it's own fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with lakeside dining/great room and cathedral ceilings. |

PoliciesOur Security/Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy: There is a $500 security /reservation deposit for the Whole House “Sweet” package or a $300 security/reservation deposit for a villa package. Your deposit is refunded within 14 days of check out contingent upon the house being left in good order. There is no cleaning fee provided that sheets and towels are stripped and placed in laundry hampers, fridge is emptied, dishes cleaned and put away, all interior and exterior areas are left tidy. If your schedule does not allow for cleaning a cleaning service can be arranged. Should you need to cancel your reservation your deposit is fully refundable if canceled 90 days prior to your check in date, half is refunded if canceled less than 60 days and cancelations less than 30 days forfeit their entire deposit unless we are able to book those dates then we will be happy to return your deposit less a $20.00 service charge. |
